- Exchange conditions: We can only exchange packaging that was issued by us or is standard, clean, and undamaged at the time of delivery.
- Returns: Purchased packaging cannot be returned, and the deposit fee is non-refundable; however, exchange is continuously guaranteed.

If the bottle in your possession is damaged (e.g. the metal casing is dented), unfortunately we cannot exchange it and a new deposit bottle must be purchased. However, the metal casing is very durable and can last for years with proper use.
